Ahhhh, sweet spring has sprung.
Early morning bird songs stir people from sleep.
The window boxes are planted with bright pink geraniums, million bells on either side of them, and long vinca vines blowing in the breeze.
The rhododendrons are in full bloom.
They come in gorgeous colors. The ones in the front yard are a pretty shade of lavender.
Spontaneous barbecues pop up like flowers but are a lot yummier.
Hamburgers, pickles, and chips are definitely part of the menu.
So are maraschino cherries, a favorite of little ones around here.
Cherries and strawberries are the healthy snack, along with not-so-healthy, warm-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies.
The lovely red tablecloth my sister brought me from Poland graces the kitchen table.
Everything gets gobbled up.
Spring. Gotta love it.
WHAT ARE YOU LOVING ABOUT SPRING SO FAR?
