A very dear and long-time friend, Chris, has a way with flowers.
She has much more than a green thumb. All 10 of her fingers seem to be green.
She loves making her patio a peaceful and perfect place to be each year when the nice weather comes.
One of her all-time fave plants is mandevilla.
This year, she bought at least six of these tropical beauties, all in pink.
She also has white cosmos dancing in the sun and lots of black-eyed susans.
It's so peaceful sitting on red chairs under a fire-engine-red umbrella.
Chris, like her flowers, always makes people smile, see the beautiful side of life, and be very glad to be alive.
