Make Every Day One of Love

Valentine's Day, the well-celebrated day of love, is now over.

The heart-shaped boxes of chocolates have been delivered (and possibly eaten).

The roses, lilies, and other flowers are in vases on tables and dresser tops.

The cards have been opened and either saved or tossed.

It's a lovely holiday in some ways. Who could argue against celebrating love?

However, its meaning really should be practiced the other 363 days of the year as well.

There is a need for as much love as possible in this world, right?

We have the ability to celebrate love on a daily basis, throughout our lives.

Plus, the essence of happiness is in giving to, and loving others.

So, to be happy, we love!

HOW DO YOU EXPRESS LOVE ON A DAILY BASIS?

Such pretty pictures of Valentine's day and now it is President's day. A whole week off for the kids where you live from school. I try to express love each and every day by praying for all members of my family at morning Mass.

Happy Valentine's Day the day after my friend. Looks like you had a good one. Everyday I try and do something for my hubby. I set out our breakfast things, make sure he has his favorite shirts washed and hung and make his favorite food. And he does the same for me. 💕 Kit

What a wonderful post to remind us to express love all year long, not just on Valentine's Day. Your centerpiece of roses are beautiful, Susan, and I noticed the red table runner, it's so pretty. I like your pictures today. It looks like you took them with a new setting on your camera. They really show off the red, which is a brilliant color. Oh, you're like me, sweet sister, those chocolates would have been eaten very soon. ; )

Every day for me is a day where I am grateful for the love of my family. Nothing can be better than that. xo Laura
