Everyone has personal preferences when it comes to cuisine.No doubt about it, for me, trying cuisines from different countries is the way to go.
While vacationing this past summer in Colorado, I jumped at an invitation for lunch at Sherpa House, in Golden.
A family member, a dear friend from the past, and I shared a perfectly delectable Nepalese lunch.
Our time together was extremely pleasant.
We sat outside on the lovely patio, surrounded by all kinds of colorful decor.Dining at Sherpa House was one of many highlights of the trip.
Hope you enjoy looking at some of the photos snapped in between bites of delicious food.
To me, it tasted similar, but definitely not identical, to dishes from India.

I have never tried Nepalese cuisine but I would like to as long as it doesn't contain curry and isn't spicy. The pictures of the place are wonderful and very different.
I enjoyed the photos. You do such interesting things. Have not tried this cuisine. Prefer Italian or Chinese.
