The beautiful Madonna shown in this post had been dropped off as a donation at a Goodwill Store.
Naturally, when I saw her on the shelf, she appealed to me immensely.
The gold edging on her dress is so exquisite.
She's holding her beloved little son who is wearing a pink top.
She cost less than $9.
She now resides on the table in the front hallway.
Prayers to the Blessed Mother, Mary, are very powerful because she can talk directly with her son about petitions.
I hope your day today will be blessed to the hilt!

Lovely statue Susan. ....very pretty. Today a friend is coming over and we are having lunch and seeing a movie together.
Susan, you find the most beautiful Mary statues. Baby Jesus looks so sweet in her arms. Her birthday is Wednesday of this week. : )
