Touches of Christmas Elegance

Hello Everybody.

By now, scrumptuous Thanksgiving turkey dinners have been digested and leftovers are carefully frozen for future yummy on-the-spot meals.

My niece, Sarah, and her hubs, who is a talented cook, hosted a Thanksgiving family dinner this year.

Not only did the meal taste incredibly delicious, Sarah used her elegant interior decorating sense to festoon their lovely home in Christmas attire.

Oh my goodness, it looked so gorgeous. That girl definitely has a decorating knack that will knock your jingle bells off!

You can scroll through some of the photos snapped on Thanksgiving Day.  Sarah said they could be used them on Writing Straight from the Heart posts!

Not all of the photos will fit today so if other peoples' holiday decor interests you, come on back another day.  More will be posted.

HAVE YOU STARTED HOLIDAY DECORATING YET?

I'm nothing like Sarah but I've started a little bit. Just did my dining room so far. I have a few more weeks till I have guests for Christmas. Sarah's home looked gorgeous.

What a lovely mantel with touches of GOLD! I usually use silver and white and red, but my best friend uses gold in her decorating also. And I love the touch of red your niece used to go along with it. The JOY frame is delightful and perfect because the spirit of Christmas is joy. Such a lovely home, and your niece sure does have a flare for decorating, Susan.
