Teddy, Teddy Bear, I Love You

The sweet little teddy bear, shown in this day's blog post, came home several years ago at Christmas time.

One year, while looking at him after the holidays, it was decided he could stay downstairs until Valentine's Day went by.

His pretty red and gold body was the very perfect color combination for the day of love.

Placed onto a chair, he kept falling out.

Soooooo,  a ribbon around his waist and on to the back of the little dark, brown rocking chair he was usually seated in, was a perfect solution.

The chair, with Teddy in it, has been moved from the front hall table, and now sits royally on the side of the stairs going up to the second floor.

So Teddy and I wish you all a safe and wondrous Valentine's Day!!

DO YOU DO ANYTHING SPECIAL BEFORE HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY COMES?

That sweet little red Ted would be a favorite at my house. Alex especially loves his stuffies.

Oh, Teddy is so cute. I love his red body and gold roses. He is definitely perfect for Valentine's Day.

Just had a delightful Zoom meeting today with all my girls, and awaiting Jess' surprise in the mail. ; ) I love your sweet posts, Susan.

What a sweet bear. It inspired me to bring out the white bear with red hearts, which I gave to my mom many years ago for Valentine's Day. It is sitting on my couch on top of my stack of current books to read. Linda
