Fabulous Fall

                                                         (View from dining room window.)

Today is an exquisite, sun-filled autumn day in New England.

Temps are way down but feel refreshing.

Leaf-peepers are out in droves and even that is okay.

We need to share the joy of looking at trees that are so exquisite in their vast array of colors.

(This is a very tiny chair with a small pumpkin on top)

Here's hoping your day will be blessed to the max.

Enjoy each precious moment of life, today and always.

(Faux fall leaves on railing going up to apartment.)

When dark storm clouds gather in life, we can find consolation in knowing they will not be there forever.

(The welcoming angel stands to the left of the top step.)

"This, too, shall pass."

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING FUN PLANNED FOR TODAY?

Susan, our Fall is a bit slow this year, and I am finally seeing the changes of color on the trees. Your little chair and pumpkin is so cute and a perfect Fall display. And your angel is sweet. I still have to get more statues, as I couldn't haul many of them when I moved up here. It's good to see you are putting little things out to make your new home a charming and welcoming place to be.

Have a restful weekend, Susan, and no big plans today. And that's the way I like it. Sundays are a good day for rest. I appreciate them more and more as I get older.

I do like your sweet chair with that small pumpkin. Were you the one who did the folk art painting on it? It's lovely.

It's a beautiful autumn day here. We are celebrating our Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend. Enjoyed a yummy meal with family - am feeling the need for a wee
nap now. haha.

Wishing you a pleasant week ahead, Susan.
