HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ALL!

Apples have never been among my favorite fruits.
Don't get me wrong.
Apple pie is great and so are apple betty, applesauce, apple turnover, and apple cake with cream cheese frosting. ha!
Apple butter, caramel apples, and, well, you get the idea.
But biting into a green Grannie Smith apple'd make my lips pucker.
Most varieties of plain apples I just don't care for.
However, a Honey Crisp apple is an exception.
At last an apple I can really bite into has been found!
It's sweet and delicious.
Let's hear it for Honey Crisp.

Unlike you I love tart apples. Granny Smith and Pippin are my favorites and I have some in my fruit dish right now. I make pies with them or slice them and put peanut butter on them. Apples are my favorite fruit. I love anything made with them.
I think you might like the "red and delicious" apples. Those are probably my favorite. Gala apples are good too. And I love all the apple desserts! I don't care for the green apples, unless smothered in caramel haha.
