(This beautiful wreath hangs in a sister's room. It's so pretty and she made it, too!)
Keeping peace in one's heart is a worthwhile goal.
When one is peaceful, the world is a better, kinder place in which to live.
Keeping peace also helps with one's physical health.
It's so easy to get stressed and that can do damage to the body.
Humans are going to have disappointments and problems galore but they can still strive to keep peace deep inside their hearts.
So today, may peace flood your heart, mind, and psyche.
You deserve peace!

Thank you for your kind wishes for a peaceful heart, and I send that wish to you too. What a pretty wreath. When I have fellowship with other Christians, as I aim to do this morning, I find peace and blessings.
These are such wonderful and special words, Susan. And this picture of your sister's wreath is so pretty. I like how it hangs inside the window, and you can see outside to the scene of trees. Not sure it is snowing there, but it looks like it. What a pretty wreath, and so nice that she made it herself. Peace is surely an important feeling to have, and I strive for it always. : )

Wise words, Susan. Keeping that peace in one's heart is so important. Wishing you a beautiful week ahead. xo
When it comes to the part of the Mass when we offer each other peace I always include everyone in my family as peace is what I strive for each day. I pray for the people who do not have it too. Barbs wreath is so pretty.
