Pastel Peach Colored Roses Light Up a Room and a Heart

Returning from a dinner out with a friend, my eyes rested on a favorite milk glass hobnail vase filled with gorgeous pastel peach colored roses.

At first, I thought they were yellow but in the light of day, they are the palest of peach colored.

Next to them was my light-up angel whose glass heart this month went nicely with  the pastel peach colored roses!

(The angel was a gift several years ago from Jana, a dear friend.

Angel girl came complete with a baggy filled with all different colored hearts.)

My daughter and son-in-law gifted me the stunning peachy roses.

That was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do and I am deeply grateful to them.

They knew that day would have been my 47th wedding anniversary.

My late husband always got me roses on our special day.

Life's surprise and pleasant happenings, like the roses, lighted up a room and a heart already filled with gratitude!

That was so nice of your daughter to give you peach roses for your anniversary, Susan. They look so pretty in the milk glass vase. I've always loved milk glass, it looks vintage to me. And that little angel with the different colored hearts to change out is something else. I see you have a clear white one, which is perfect for these Winter months still lingering.

Enjoy your roses, Susan. And I love the Mary framed photo too.

Oh I love peach or coral colors the best of all. They are just lovely. Enjoy them while they last.
