One of the major highlights of my childhood was receiving a Tiny Tears doll from my Godmother.
That doll remained in my arms for years and years.
She went everywhere with me.
What happened to her when I grew up, I have no idea.
However, a few years ago, my daughter found a Tiny Tears doll online.
The doll is now an antique, of course, (like me), and my daughter gave her to me, once again, as a gift!
Wowsers. That made me cry with joy.
This morning, on Labor Day, besides being grateful I am not laboring, I gave Tiny Tears a change of outfits.
Isn't she adorable? (Non doll-lovers don't have to answer that question. ha ha)

Well, you know I'm a doll lover, so I thought the little dress for your Tiny Tears doll was darling, Susan. That is wonderful that your daughter found the same doll that you had in your childhood and she bought it for you. I'm sure you're overjoyed she's out of the boxes and put somewhere special in your new home where you can see her every day. Speaking of baby dolls, please stop by and see my dear granddaughter that was born last week. The family received a beautiful blessing. : )
