Chaos, disappointments, and fears can be swirling around at any time.
If the difficulties are nothing you can do anything about, the key is to not let them get to you.One can go about one's day with a bit of lightness in the heart by staying in the moment.
It's possible to surround one's self with things that make us smile, have a special memory, or are just plain adorable.Give of yourself, as much as humanly possible, to others.
Nothing kicks a person out of the doldrums faster than doing something good or nice for somebody else.
Thinking of others gets a person out of thinking only about themselves.
It can be as simple as sharing a smile or giving a compliment.Today will never come again. The opportunities are there.
It's up to us to make the most of every precious second.
Share the laughter, share your light!WHAT CAN YOU DO TODAY TO THINK OF OTHERS?

Give someone a phone call when they live alone or in a nursing home. Today I'm calling a neighbor who had to move to an assisted living place. She had to go but hates it there. She loves hearing from me. It will brighten her day.
These are special words today, Susan. Yes, doing for others is always a good thing. I was just thinking about how much my brother does for his family and relatives. He's the most unselfish person I know, while there are some who just think of themselves. I love those little soft chickadees. I got one for Charlotte for Easter. They are so cute hopping along the floor or surface. And your stuffed bunny is sweet as ever.
Have a blessed week, dear friend.

Just a regular old smile can be a blessing to someone who needs it. We don’t know what’s going on with them. I love to do that when I grocery shop because let’s face it, with high prices it can be depressing. With a smile on my face, I seem to attract those who need a smile for that moment of time and it blesses me because it blesses them. I can see it in their eyes! It’s my mission when I go out among strangers. That simple act of a smile can change a persons day and who knows, even a life.
