Look Around...

Sometimes all that is needed to perk up one's spirit is to look around.

At a niece's house recently, looking around the deck, revealed utterly gorgeous displays of brilliantly colored flowers.

This niece has a magical touch, similar to her mother, my sister, when it comes to flowers!  

When my sister had a house, summer always brought gorgeous flower displays spilling over the boxes along the deck.

Now her daughters have lovely flowers on their own home decks.

Today, why not just look around where you are and see what you can find that lifts your spirit?

Here's hoping your day is blessed to the max!

A Little Bit of This and a Little Bit of That

Happy Monday, everyone!

You just never know what is going to catch your attention on any given day.

You might be walking down the street in a new town and see a sparkling chandelier through the window and you'll say, "Oh, wow."

Or, you might catch a glimpse of the sun reflected between raindrops on a car's sunroof, such as seen in the photo at the top of this post.

Perhaps you'll ooo and ahhhh, like I do, over spectacular vistas like this one in New England.

Some days you might see something like the unique sight below. 

You'll slow down your car, get a good look, scratch your head and burst out laughing .

Ain't life grand?
