Home again, home again!
To say that our hosts there were marvelous is an understatement. They treated us like royalty! They showed us more sights in that fabulous city in a few short days than I ever imagined possible.
Denver is a pretty exciting city with hundreds of places to see, restaurants to visit, and things to do. It's a great place for young people to live, that's for sure.
In yesterday's post, when writing I would do it differently the next time , I meant that traveling close to the Christmas holidays is challenging. It takes a big bite out of spending.
But is it worth it? Oh most definitely. Sometimes we just have to get out of living in a box, right?
Plus, one cannot put a price on spending time with loved ones.

In coming weeks, I'm going to post again about our trip so if you like reading about new places, be sure to tune in.
As the plane taxied out of the Denver Airport, tears fell fast and furiously from my eyes. It was time to say goodbye to two people I love so much.
To our Denver hosts, I send you all the love that's in my heart. Thanks so much for the abundant, beautiful, and sweet memories!
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO DENVER, COLORADO? IF YES, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY?

Denver - so long ago my memories have faded...
Clearly you've had a memorable time - full of love and pleasurable experiences.
I know where you went and I am so glad you had such a wonderful - wonderful time. I can't wait to hear all about Denver.

No, I have never been to Denver but have always wanted to travel there. Its hard leaving the people we love.
Susan, glad you had a great trip and made it home safely. I wish we could have spent more time in Denver when we were there in August. We went to a Rockies game, visited with friends one evening, and pulled out the next morning. It looked like a great place. I look forward to your travel report.
I've only been to the airport while changing planes. I'd love to go there sometime. So glad you have such great memories.
Glad you had the trip and it was good, Susan!!
Here is an FYI!My middle brother is an engineer and he was involved in the building of the new airport when it was new a few years ago! I just have to tell everyone that!
Your photos are beautiful.
Next time you travel out West you need to visit Colorado Springs and the beautiful sites there including the Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs, the Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds to name a few. My hubby and I grew up in Pueblo (120 miles south of Denver). There is a lot to see here. Thanks for sharing your trip with us
