When it comes to color in the home, some people prefer cool, calming beige or light gray.
Me? Ugh ugh. Give me riotous color any day.
Take, for example, a recent trip to a Salvation Army store.
It's always such fun to just look around, seeing what treasures turn up.
As previously shared, I'm much more discerning in what is purchased and comes home.
Looking over the linens, a dish towel just about jumped out.
Covered with farm animals done in brilliant colors, it was a definite "go."
How could I have left without it when the price tag was just 79 cents?
Can't you just about hear the cows mooing, the chicks cluckling, the ducks quacking, and the sheep baaing?
It'll look nice hanging in the kitchen, especially on dark, rainy or snowy days.

nice post thanks for sharing...
I love this towel! I find I'm attracted to bright colors in the winter when it's dark and dreary out. What a fun find! hugs, Linda
I agree with you and choose brilliant and whimsy, and I think the towel is fabulous.
I am muted...but love color in other peoples home and art work. Great towel :)
What a bright towel...I can just see it in your yellow kitchen!
I am muted for most part but do break out some red and yellows once in a while...you are very colorful today!!!
Oh me too!! I love color and lots of it. That is such cute fabric. Farm animals are always a favorite. I would love it if you would share with everyone over at http://sunnysimplelife.blogspot.com/.
Have a great weekend.
What a WONDERFUL towel! I DO love these colors. I definitely prefer brighter colors over pastel colors...
(with a few exceptions depending on the application).
What a cute towel, Susan. I like both muted and bright colours. Depends on my mood at the time. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you're having a lovely weekend.
Blessings,
Sandi
I'm a kitchen towel lover all around. Great towel. Great price!
What a fun item! My tastes are somewhat eclectic. I adore muted purples, but I also love apple reds, greens, and blues. (My kitchen is done in a fruit motif. Some people would consider it matchey-matchey, but it makes me happy.)
I like bright and colorful decorations, but prefer white walls.
That's a brilliant barnyard. Visiting from Simple Sunday's, Olive
I like both muted and bright. Blues are cooling and restful to me, and I have loved the red of strawberries in the kitchen for years.:)
I love brilliant colors - those were just beautiful! You have such great taste girl! sandie
