Some people talk to angels.
That's nothing I've done on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, I've rarely talked with angels.
But I believe they are around us. I think they protect us from harm.
So many times I've had close calls, like a near miss accident when I've maneuvered the car just in the nick of time. That's no coincidence. I think angels intervened.
Sometimes angels come in the form of humans, don't you think?
Once, when we moved to the southwest, life kind of went to the bottom of the barrel.
Far from family, friends and everything familiar, I thought I was going to die from loneliness and depression.
Then, God gave me a very special friend. We became inseparable. She shared holidays at our home and we enjoyed shopping, antiquing, thrift store discoveries and eating out at different restaurants.
When we left the southwest, my heart just about broke to say goodbye to my friend. We had been close for 12 years.
She gave me a tiny angel, about an inch high, inside a plastic cover. It reminded me of her. She was my angel-in-disguise all those years.
I still have the itsy bitsy angel. She's shown in the photo at the top of this post.
She's holding a star. When I see her, I think of my beloved friend who I still talk with by phone just about every week!
The other little one, with the sparkly blue wings, I've posted about before but she's so doggone cute, I'm posting about her again.
My beloved niece gave her to me last Christmas and I keep her out all year long.
She's no bigger than your baby finger.
Just looking at this tiny angel makes me happy.

I have sung the same song mentioned by the previous commenter many times!
I like to think my mother is an angel, still watching over me. I think of her every day, and she has been gone since 1983.
I believe in angels but I do not talk to angels - that is just my opinion. I do have four sweet angels from friends - who I consider being angels on earth and you are one of them!
I think the real angel is your best friend - the one that befriended you.

I do believe in Angels...the Bible speaks of them. I do not talk with them...Only to God. I did have an experience one time when I heard a voice that to this day I believe was from an angel...It was the name of one of the books of the Bible and was an answer to a question I had asked God about in prayer weeks before.

Such a sweet post. I do believe in angels, but I don't talk with them though. The bible tells us they bring messages to us. Your post makes me wonder how many times I may have met one of these messenger...
My mom used to say a little prayer with us at night about angels.

I don't talk with them but pray to God if He will send us His angels to give protection.
