Smile from your eyes. Little kids and older people understand that. Young people are too busy to be perceptive, but an expression can speak volumes. Is hall smile at everyone today.
Linda said it all. A smile costs nothing but speaks volumes. We never know what other people are going through and a smile can cheer them.
Leave the "grumps" behind, especially when you are interacting with those who are serving you. It is so much easier to have a happy smile for them!
Having patience with one another is a big step towards causing happiness. Everyone has their burdens to bear and patience and love for one another make the load a lot lighter. A kind smile instead of a frown is indeed a happiness booster!
I often smile at strangers and talk to people I don't know mainly at bus stops because the bus is always late.

When I go out - I always try to look at others and see if they need a door opened - or something picked up - little good deeds. sandie
I smile and if they want to chat i stop and chat. There are so many lonely people in this world. Especially among the elderly.
Giving folks an honest compliment lifts their spirits. It's the small stuff that makes a day special.
