Come to the Dollhouse Bedrooms

Hello Dear Sweet Blog Peeps:

Here is the last of the Christmas dollhouse posts from our house.

(Don't forget, we have a dollhouse mansion coming next week.)

The upstairs bedroom has a poinsettia bedspread which is, of course, a handkerchief. It's so cute.

The lacy canopy is really a piece of lace purchased in the Molly Brown House gift shop in Denver, Colorado, during a visit to that beautiful state.

It's nice to have things in the dollhouse which remind us of times away from Massachusetts.

See the tiny swan on the dressing table?  My daughter bought it for me in Europe.

It's about as big as your thumbnail!

The Christmasy rug, by the way, is a coaster!

And look at the sweet little poodle!

And the tiny glass Christmas tree!

Of course the Bible on the dresser is ready to open and have the dollhouse people read about the Christ child's birth!

Here is the children's bedroom.

See the sweet little girl and Christmas kitty near the pint-sized Christmas tree ?

There is even a pink dollhouse in the dollhouse!

Yes, and it has an itsy bitsy Christmas tree!  How fun!

WHAT MAKES YOUR CHILD'S HEART SING?

I love how you use certain items that were meant for one thing and use them for something else. You would never know. Love the swan and is that a glass Christmas tree?
