Dolls in Red (and Green) Dresses

The dolls in red (or green) are back.

Right after Thanksgiving, the dollies dressed in pastel colored dresses that sat on shelves in the Guatemalan hutch got carried upstairs.

They have been replaced for the holidays with those who wear red or green.

The dolls will "see" Christmas guests from their corner perch.

The love of dolls definitely began in childhood and will stay with me for the rest of my life on earth.

On Wednesday, look for my friend Violet's post on her Christmas dollhouse (mansion!).  If you enjoy miniatures, you are sure to love it!

DO YOU LIKE DOLLS?

Hello from Spain: you have an impressive collection of dolls. You know I also collect dolls. I really like all kinds of dolls. Right now my favorites are the Barbies and babies. Keep in touch

The only dolls I have here are the ones left from when our girls were younger - most of the Fisher-Price variety.

There is a text identification box on your blog this morning. I'm going to prove I'm not a robot.:-)

Yes I love dolls, and your Christmas dolls are darling. The one that sits on top of your dresser is exquisite. I love the pearl head piece she is wearing and her hairdo. Dolls are so heartwarming, and cloth dolls are my favorite.

Enjoy the Christmas season, Susan.

love,

I have always loved dolls. And I can tell you do too! I like the one with long curly hair - I have seen people with it and I love it - yet they say it is hard to take care of!

Do you know you have word verification on?
