A "Yummy" Happy Birthday Celebration

Celebrating birthdays is very, very important.

It's the one day of each year when we are king or queen for the day!

Recently, one of my nieces had a birthday and the bash was fun and delicious.

Her  hubs is a super good baker (and chef) so the strawberry cake was a knockout.

It had cream cheese frosting and real strawberries, too!

The cake was just as sweet as this dear niece.

My wish is that her new year of life will be fun and filled with blessings and surprises!

HOW DO YOU LIKE TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY?

The one good thing about being Kuwait is that my birthday is always a holiday because it is Kuwait's Liberation Day. :) Best wishes, Tammy

Birthdays are always a joy and I have always enjoyed celebrating them whether they are for me or for someone else :) My son was actually born on my birthday - it was quit unexpected, but he arrived 6 days late. It is a blessing to be able to enjoy the day with him.

Hugs to you!

I just had my Birthday January 8th. I love to celebrate even I did turn 73 and I love cakes. I had one also and this one baked looks yummier . Happy Birthday to your niece. I want to taste that home made cake. Pass me a smidgen through the computer. I wish. I prefer cakes to pies for sweets anytime.

I'm not a fan of cakes. I like to celebrate my birthday with family or dear friends and go out for a delicious Chinese dinner!

I have to say that cake looked so wonderful - here there don't make cakes like the north does - we do miss that kind of icing.

My dreams would be peanut butter icing and chocolate cake!
