Gratitude Brings Happiness

There is so much to be grateful for, isn't there?

Today I'm grateful for this new day of life!

For hubs being alive and in good health (ditto for me).

For grown children contributing to make the world a better place.

For grandchildren, the precious jewels in the crowns of life.

For lovely, favorite objects that fill our homes.

For laughter, happy memories and love.

For cool air and sun, gentle breezes and spring-on-its-way.

For dolls and dollhouses, flowers and plants, birds and bees.

For delicious meals and especially hot coffee with half and half in the morning.

For water with lemon slices and cloves bubbling on the stove, for the purpose of making the house smell nice.

For hot baths and shampoo, running water, itself, and hair!

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for all the abundance in life and for your endless generosity and love.

Your goodness astounds.

CAN YOU, DEAR READER, ADD A FEW THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR TODAY?

I absolutely love reading gratitude posts... I love reading what other people are grateful for.. it fills my heart with joy.

I'm grateful for many things, too many to list but most of all I'm grateful for my life, for my family life and health, that the spring is coming, that my belly is full... I'm grateful for everything that I have and I don't ask for more

I guess I'm grateful for my five senses to enjoy the beauty that the Lord astounds us with. Also grateful for my health and the place where I live which is the best place in the world!
