Hamburger "Cake"

My talented birthday cake decorating niece has been at it again.

This  is the niece I've written about before. She wants to some day open her own cake-baking business!

Her oldest boy turned 10 years old recently.

When she asked him what kind of a birthday cake he wanted, he said, "A hamburger cake."

So she created one without even having a pattern or model to go by!

Isn't she utterly amazing?

The hamburger cake tasted great, too!

HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A HAMBURGER CAKE?

I never have seen a "hamburger" cake! I bet the birthday boy loved it and I'm sure his mom had a fun time thinking it up, baking and decorating it.

I think having a bakery would be a fun job, don't you? I recently watched a movie where the main character had to return to her hometown and ended up taking over her father's bakery and of course meeting the man of her dreams! It was called "The Sweeter Side" and it was a very sweet movie.
