Knick Knack Rack Fun for Easter!

Remember the children's catchy tune, "Knick knack paddy whack, give a dog a bone?"

Well, around here it's, "Knick knack rack" decor for Easter.

Actually, decorating the knick knack rack for every holiday makes life more fun!

Easter is one of the best holidays to decorate for.

There are bunnies and baskets, chickies and lambie pies, and much, much more.

It's always a fun undertaking to clear the rack of all decorations in order to put in Easter decor.

Just like real bunnies, the decorative ones seem to proliferate annually.

Little people who come to visit our house love to be lifted up to the kitchen knick knack rack so they can get a better look.

It's a hippedy hoppedy lot of fun!

WHAT WAS SOMETHING FUN YOU DID AT EASTER WHEN YOU WERE LITTLE?

I love the bunny dancers - I have two of those and I love them!!! A memory - when we were little - do you you remember white patient leather shoes, a frilly pastel dress, a hat, and gloves? I don't think you can find gloves anymore.

What a job you undertake for Easter! But yes, I bet kids love to see it and that would be worth the work. Cute!

Sweet! I could (and probably SHOULD) do this.....
Somehow, I'm a bit sidelined when it comes to decorating. Sure enjoy seeing other people's though!

I knew a family years ago that did this very thing for every single holiday. It was amazing how they transformed their small home for all the seasons. I'd love to be able to do that but gotta get organized first. :/

When I was little Easter was a time for dressing up and modeling our Easter clothes ahead of time. No matter what the weather we girls were always dressed to the nines for that holiday..a wonderful memory.

This looks similar to the printer's drawer I used to display my teeny knickknacks in. These bunnies do look very sweet and festive. :) Have a wonderful weekend!
