Hearts, Flowers, and Love

It's quite obvious that the world needs more love.

With that thought in mind, Valentine's Day is around the corner.

Imagine having a holiday that is dedicated to love!  How sweet is that?

Of course, it would be a better world if every day of our lives could be dedicated to love.

Truly, decorating for Valentine's Day is a delightful task.

Bright red hearts on a white platter; a white cherub in a reclining position;  a gold and red teddy bear; a simple heart-shaped red box; a sweet straw angel with red accessories;  candles; and pink leather gloves are all part of the front hall table tableau this year.

It has been so much fun getting ready for Valentine's Day.

WHAT, IF ANYTHING, DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE UPCOMING HOLIDAY?

Those gloves are a very nice touch, Susan. You always decorate so nicely.

I love your post and photos here Susan. I took a little tutorial about taking photos - i do not take good photos - but you really do. You are doing everything the article said to do.

I love February and Valentines!

Such pretty decorations! You're inspiring me. :) Love the candle holder and the gloves. Can't believe that January is almost over already. Not sure where it went or what I got done. Oh well, on to February, right? Enjoy the rest of the week!
