Bird Song

The most beautiful sound reached my ears this morning while getting ready to start the day.

It was the sweet song of a bird, somewhere outside the window.

It brought peace and hope.

Mingled with morning sunshine, out at last, after days of grayness, the birdsong literally lifted the spirit.

What was that little "chirper" singing about?

We must look for little things to cheer our hearts during these lingering  last days of winter.

They are there,  if we seek them, ready to bring a smile to our winter weary faces.

Valentine decor is almost all down now, since the sweet holiday has come and gone.

 Love remains.

WHAT IS ONE THING THAT HAS MADE YOU SMILE SO FAR TODAY?

The birds teach us so many things, if only we listen to them.

Lovely post, Susan.

Our birds are coming back and our trees are starting to bloom (hope that winter is gone).

What made me laugh was your angel laying on it's side - that belly - looks just like mine,

The little angel there made me smile. You know the best thing about being an angel? It totally doesn't matter if your belly pokes out.

The warmer temps here the last couple of days have really gotten the birds to singing. Such a wonderful sound. xo Laura

We watched Rossini's Cinderella today and it brought many smiles to my face. I just love my opera class. It was great!
