Some people come home to pet dogs that they love with all their hearts.
Cat people prefer their fabulous felines.
Of course, coming home to a loving husband or wife is nice, too.
Those of us who no longer have spouses or pets have to find other things pleasant to come home to.
For me, it's a couple of sweet dolls.
Both wear dresses in my favorite color, pink, of course.
They sit in a corner of the couch, against a pink pillow.
Seeing them upon coming into the living room from the front door never fails to evoke a smile.
It's true that sometimes it's just the little things in life that bring us the most joy.

They are both adorable. I'm sure you have had them for a while and just think of all the smiles they have put on your face. How wonderful. Hope they bring you many more hours of happiness.
Oh they are very pretty and dressed in your favorite color. Enjoy them each time you open your door.
Oh, I know how much you love your dolls, Susan. They are sweet for sure. I love the curly hair on the one. They must bring you much joy when you pass by them each day. Sweet figurines and candles and picture frames are all around my small home, so it's nice coming home and seeing them. : )
