Colorful "Gallery" of Paintings and Cards

 

For more years than I care to think about, there has been a file titled "Art" in my stash of files. 

This past week, without a car for a couple of days, a long lost project was completed.

The old, colorful cards and rudimentary paintings that had been saved for so long got put to good use.

Some of them were mounted on colored backgrounds (made from former file folders).

Strings were taped on the backs of each to make holders.

While it will never make the Louvre, the final gallery is definitely colorful and fun!  

The two art works below were done by my two granddaughters!

The gallery is actually on a wall in the bathroom and didn't cost a dime!
