Welcome Spring, Welcome Guests

Oh, can you feel the sweetness of spring in the air?

All of a sudden, birdies are chirping.

Bushes, that just yesterday were skeleton branches against the sky, are filled with green buds or, better yet, have already burst into profuse numbers of blossoms.

Who doesn't love spring?  

It's such a delightful season.

Out on the front porch, in addition to a rose-covered  kissing ball and a revamped chair,  hangs the fat cabbage rose wreath I made. 

It, once again, adorns the front door, but it's minus the big pink bow, which fell apart.

The "Welcome Friends"  sign is back in view, too. 

On an excursion to Maine one year, I found it, loved it, bought it and brought it home. So glad I did.
