Rose arbors are the epitome of romantic decor for a back yard or garden.
Newer readers can read about how we obtained ours by going here.
Every year, I feel a desire to show you more of the rose arbor.
It has given me so much joy and there has never been a moment of regret in buying it.
On one side of the arbor last year, I planted clematis and it is truly beautiful this season.
The blooms are big and wide.
On the other side are flowers that are so unique, they look like green firecrackers on vines.
Does anyone out there have any idea what kind of flowers these are?
Hubs put white lights around the arbor, too, so it even looks beautiful under the stars!
A happy little frog on a swing is still with us, after all of these years.
He never fails to make me smile.
DO YOU LIKE ROSE ARBORS?

This trellis is so pretty. I cannot imagine what those fire cracker-type flowers are. Interesting!
I love your rose arbor. I don't know what kind of flower that is. Your arbor is very pretty. Sandie
Anything that gives pleasure indoors or out is fun to have. Your arbor is very very pretty. Enjoy the summer months while they last.
Yours is very pretty! And I love that unique green flower. I have no idea what it is. Oh by the way, you know your pic at the very top of your blog? It looks like it is the wrong size and you can't see the whole pic on my computer or my IPad. Just wanted you to know. :) Kit
What a darling arbor! I love all the pretty twinkling lights, and the flowers are beautiful! The frog would definitely make me smile, too! Happy Summer!

Your rose arbor looks so pretty, Susan. What an unusual white flower that is. Yes, it DOES look like a fire cracker. The white lights really add something special, and I love your happy frog.
Have a wonderful week, Susan.

Beautiful and your yard is a serene oasis!
I am completely fascinated by all of those flowers. They are simply beautiful. I've never seen them planted to grow on an arbor. The frog is also just simply adorable. Did anyone ever let you know what those flowers are that look like fireworks? I've never seen anything like them either.
