Sound the Trumpet, for Future Apples

The little angel in this day's post sits at the bottom of a full-grown apple-tree-wannabe.

The small but sturdy tree gains a bit of height and  strength each year.

Someday, there will be apples on this beauty.

It will be a pleasure to pick them, wash, and peel, and then make all kinds of yummy things.

So sound the trumpet, little angel.

The apple tree is alive and thriving.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE KIND OF APPLE?

I like a Gala apple or a Granny Smith. I sure love apple. Your angel is a sweet guardian and that tree is a survivor. Love this post. Thanks for sharing. HUGS across the miles. xo

I like the gala apple. Do you get apples from that tree? I always heard you had to have two to have apples and bees????

I love the Opal apple which is yellow and sweet. Grandmother used to dry apples and make fried apple pies. They were delicious!
