A Christmas Light Display to Remember

A house in western Massachusetts lights up the neighborhood at Christmas time.

Every year, hundreds of cars drive down the street where the house is located to see the splendorous display of lights.

The couple behind the scene just loves to make people happy.

Even if their electric bill goes up in December, they delight in spreading beauty and cheer to the general public.

 How awesome is that?

It's so amazing that they think of others in such a way.

So many people think only of themselves.

This year, especially, it was a delight to see that despite the darkness COVID-19 has brought, plus the craziness in Washington these days, the couple behind the lights still offered their annual gift to the public.

The light display lifts one's spirits and makes one believe, once again, that it's possible to have a Merry Christmas.

DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO MAKES THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE? IF YES, HOW DO THEY DO IT?

Wow! That's quite a display. Sure would bring a smile to one's face to happen upon that scene. Take care.

There is an entire neighborhood nearby that gets sp much traffic they call it Candy Cane lane. In these dreary times it is wonderful to have so much light to make us happy.

Beautiful display. Our town has a lighting contest and there are many displays all over the place. When the children were little we'd drive all over town looking at all the lovely displays. Since we have no snow or ice here this is one way to have a white Christmas.
