Fragrance Heaven

Among the wonderful gifts Easter brings are flowering plants.

Oh yeah, the kitchen is starting to look like a floral shop and the pinks prevail.

There are two gorgeous pink hyacinths, both surrounded by paper in two different shades of pink,  a hardy bouquet of pink tulips, and a teapot filled with baby's breath.

The sweet and intoxicating fragrance of hyacinths drives a person crazy with delight.

On the windowsill is my favorite baby angel, clad in a tulle-like white dress.

Her wings are white, too, and she's as precious as she can possibly be.

Nearby her is a pink tulip.

These plants bring great joy to this house and keep the promise of spring alive.

WHAT IS A WONDERFULLY FRAGRANT PLANT THAT YOU LIKE?

Susan, your white angel is precious. She looks like a Snowbaby. My sister loves them too. Your Pink flowers are so vibrant with color. They must smell so nice when you walk in your kitchen. The single tulip is lovely also. To answer your question, I've always loved the smell of the gardenia and jasmine, but the scent of a rose would be my favorite. : )

Those pink colors are so vibrant. Don't have any indoor flowering plants here, but outdoors there's jasmine and oleander that always make their presence known.

I have jasmine outside in my front yard which is wonderful. I always enjoyed the smell of lilac bushes. Enjoy your pretty pink flowers. I hope spring has sprung where you live.

Hyacinths are a favourite spring fragrance. Then lily of the valley and lilac and peonies. .... The list is endless. :)

A lovely post with pretty pictures.
