Nothing hits the spot on a hot, sultry summer day like ice-cream.
No matter what the flavor, the cold, creamy concoction is filled to the brim with lusciousness.
If stranded on an island, there would be no tears, as long as ice cream and potato chips were available all the time.
We stopped for ice-cream one day this week and both of us got strawberry, my sister's in a plain cone and mine in a cup.
It is made on a farm and is absolutely lush.
There is cream in the concoction so I think that's what makes it so good and creamy.

Ice cream is, indeed, one of Summer's delightful treats. My favorite is probably pistachio, but rocky road comes in a close second. So glad you treated yourself to some Yummy ice cream this week with your sister, Susan. My son likes strawberry too. : )

I love maple walnut, but they do not have that where I live. I usually get mint chip or chocolate. I only eat ice cream in the summertime. I eat potato chips a lot more...ha ha
