Ready or not, the seasons change.
They arrive with or without our welcoming them.
Right now, with the clocks turned back an hour, darkness is going to arrive earlier in the day.
We may not like it but we have to, at least, get used to it and accept it.
The trees have already changed into their splendorous colored leaves.
Soon there will be no more leaves at all and winter will step in with her icy feet and chilling winds.
It's important to embrace each moment, come what may.

Well here in southern California we do not have too many seasonal changes. This week will be in the seventies which are my favorite temperatures.
It's always a joy to see the Autumn foliage in the areas of my blog friends. I know you get some amazing colors where you live, Susan. And I love these sky photos you took. So pretty. Yes, this is one season that I embrace to the fullest.
