Most people have favorite places to shop.
One of mine, when I'm in a certain part of the state, is the Williamsburg Country Store.
The drive there is always picturesque.
The store, itself, is a treasure trove of thousands of items.
There are so many beautiful things to at least look at that one could spend a lot of time there and never, ever have a single second of being bored.
In addition, there is always something luscious baking.
The cheese bread, just coming out of the oven, fills one room of the store with luscious fragrance.
Greeting cards happen to almost always be on my list and there are many of those ready to peruse.
What an enchanting place this store is.
On this most recent visit, however, the ice cream got left behind because the entire Christmas season resulted in lots of calories.

I wish I could share a favorite shopping place but unfortunately I'm not shopper. I know you enjoyed that store so good for you.
Sounds wonderful!! Unfortunately, one of my favorite places to shop at Christmas especially, did not survive the Pandemic and closed....I really miss it!!

There is a home shop in my town, and they have new and old treasures. She's always decorating for the seasons, and there is a room with Christmas all year long. I love going in there and talking to the owner, and I always bring a goodie home with me, even if it's tea or a chocolate bar. I have also donated things to her store, so she can either keep them or sell them. Love the place.
