A Touch of the Master Artist's Hand

After a full day of shopping, going out to lunch, and attending a church service, the car was ready to head back to my apartment.

However, incredible colors lit up the sky before even getting into the car.

It was impossible to not be transfixed by the huge sky-sized canvas, painted in splendorous colors and shapes by the Master Artist's hand.

The black silhouettes of trees were outlined against a spectacular showing of deep pink, shining gold, and fuchsia.

It was awhile before I slid behind the wheel of the car to head home.

No art gallery anywhere on earth could beat that artistic "painting" in that early February evening sky.

It filled a heart with awe and overwhelming gratitude to be alive, to have eyesight, and to be a witness to such utter beauty.

Our Father God, as artist, simply cannot be beat.

What a beautiful sunset, Susan. It's so nice you stayed there for awhile to appreciate it before driving home. And the snow makes your picture even more pretty. We had another snowfall yesterday, and everything was still again. ; ) These are really lovely photos, dear Susan.
