Favorite colors depend totally on personal preferences.
However, very colorful landscapes, decorative items, and even clothing can be cheerful and pleasant to look at.

Personally, gray is a totally unpleasant color. Froggy green, black, and mustard colors do nothing for me.
Pink is Number 1 fave.Different shades of blue have become more appealing as I got older.
The colored glass, hanging in front of a window and a crystal cross, are the first things seen in the morning.
There's a stained glass piece above, too, done by my artist sister, Barb. It's very beautiful and one of my all time favorite things.
Then, as shared previously on this blog, when the morning sun hits the transparent cross on the upper window sill, it makes hundreds of rainbows on the bedroom ceiling, walls, and even floor.
Two small, iron angels sit on the sill, too, and pieces in cobalt blue.
When it comes to color, bring it on!
WHAT COLOR IS PREDOMINENT IN YOUR SPACE?

It sounds like your space is full of light, warmth, and beautiful color! I love how you’ve created an environment where color is celebrated, from the stained glass to the sparkling rainbows. Pink as your favorite color makes perfect sense for a space that seems so cheerful and vibrant. The cobalt blue accents also sound striking, creating a soothing yet captivating atmosphere with the natural light.
As for me, I imagine I’d gravitate toward soft, calming hues—like gentle blues and greens that evoke tranquility. It must be a wonderful feeling to wake up to all those rainbows dancing around the room.
How does the combination of all those colors make you feel each day when you wake up? Does it set a peaceful or energized tone for your mornings?
Blue, blue, God loves you...that's the color I have most in my house. I have a stained glass Gclef on my window in the dining room which reflects the sunshine. I have blue print tablecloths. I love your pictures today.
I’m more minimalist but I do enjoy different textures in my home. With my neutral palette, I utilize “pops” of color and patterns to liven things up.
Oh geez...I have lots of color. Reds, turquoise, blue, black! Would you believe that one of my favorite colors is black..black they say isn't really a color, but I think it is.
I remember that blue glass piece, Susan. It's very pretty. It must look so neat when the sun is coming through the window. I've always loved blue in the home. When I look at white or grey rooms, I start to get a little anxious haha. Like you, I need color around me. ; )
