More Bunnies Are Coming! More Bunnies Are Coming!

One of the greatest advantages of thrift store shopping is adding to existing collections and not having to feel overwhelming guilt for having spent a lot of money.

Such is the case with my small, happy army of Easter bunnies. Of course, I love sheep, too, but only have a couple of them. Bunnies, however, rule the roost around Easter time at our house.

The sweet dumpling of a bunny shown above and below, used to reside in a Salvation Army store. She became mine after plunking down $2.99. Now honestly, who could resist such a darling little face and smile for such a mere pittance? She's all ready for the Easter parade in her little flowery bonnet!

This little long-eared darling sits in a chair right inside our front door, welcoming all guests. She crosses her sweet pink shoed feet and looks very, very comfy.

The dapper scarecrow bunny below now stands proudly outside on our front porch. He may very well become the boyfriend of the inside girl bunny. Now wouldn't that be a cute love story for Easter?

The petite sweetheart shown below has ears that are way bigger than her small body but she's still as cute as can be. She sits on a table in the front hall and is part of an Easter display.

For today, so you won't get too bored with my bunny collection, the last but not least bunny to be shown is a see-through pinky bunny. She hopped right onto a shelf in the upstairs bathroom and doesn't say anything at all.

Now, pray tell, what is one thing you would like to see in your Easter basket?

They are all so sweet. I just ate a small carton of Robins Eggs so no more Easter candy for me and Easter hasn't even arrived yet. :) Hope you are having a warm and wonderful weekend. :) Tammy

Hi Susan! You are so right about thrift shopping! It's also one of my favorite things to do. Hmmm, in my Easter Basket, I would like to find...Should I be philosophical and say "World Peace", or just plain me and say "A box of Peeps! But they must be the original yellow chickies!!" :)

Hi Adrienne...Which pink bunny? The glass one or the one with the big ears (who, by the way, is quite little...about four inches tall.) Tell me which one! So glad you stopped by. Take care and come again soon. Sincerely, Susan
