I hope you are feeling better! These summer illnesses are not fun. I do try to slow down and take some time for me. Otherwise I'm so burned out. The turtle made me smile. Hugs!
Since I've retired every day is a day to slow down for me. I'm not in a rush every morning anymore. I can stay in bed as long as I want etc. etc. etc. It's wonderful.
Cute turtle...

Oh my gosh I hate anything related to becoming nauseated. I hate it. Glad you are feeling better. sandie
I'm sorry you had the flu, Susan, that's awful. No, it's not hard for me to slow down. It is better for me to go at a slower pace, and when hectic days come around, I get frazzled. Don't like rushing and chaos at all. : ) (but I do go full speed ahead when I have to get errands done and such to get them out of the way).
I hope you feel better, dear friend.
