Peek Preview of Christmas in the Small Dollhouse

Here's a peek preview of decorating for Christmas in the small dollhouse.

Last year, one of my holiday gifts from my hubs, daughter, and son-in-law was a really huge, hand-built dollhouse.

You will see details of that one during the Christmas season, too!

But the little pink Victorian cottage-type dollhouse will stay in the dining room, along with the new big one.

Both will be decked to the gills for Christmas.

More posts on both dollhouses will be coming up in the weeks ahead so if miniature dollhouses interest you, come on back!

Enjoy the first fruits of Christmas decorating in the small dollhouse!

For me, dollhouse miniatures make a hobby that can be enjoyed in every month.

WHAT IS ONE HOBBY YOU ENJOY YEAR-ROUND?

Oh my gosh Susan - that was gorgeous. I know you made a lot of those things yourself - did you make the gingerbread cookies? I just love your dollhouses! Not everyone can work on things that little and make it so beautiful!.

Oh, Francesca would love that little Pink dollhouse when she gets a little older, Susan. How fun to decorate it for the holidays. I love the poinsettia bedspread, and those gingerbread cookies are so cute. You even have wreaths and a Santa on the outside!

love, ~Sheri

I like dollhouses too I only have one that I made when my daughter was small, thinking of doing another one for the grand daughter.

Oh your decorations are gorgeous as usual Susan.. I really do not have a hobby as such. I'm not as artistic as my sisters are.

I'll definitely be checking in frequently!
I have two dollhouses left.
I don't have nearly the classy pieces YOU have but a lot of mismatched pieces from so many sources.
After our grandchildren have visited and gone home, I go out to check what's been changed/rearranged in them. Always interesting. :)
