A Peek into a Children's Museum

The Amelia Park Childrens Museum in Westfield, Massachusetts, is a kid's paradise.

There are interactive exhibits that draw children in like magnets.

Imagine, as a child, being able to become a dentist, doctor, construction worker, or news commentator!

Children can go to stations highlighting all of those and more.

There's even a rocket ship and little people can man the controls.

This is an amazing place for children as well as for the adults who bring them.

How wonderful there are people in the world who are creative and enterprising enough to open a museum like the Amelia Park Children's Museum and also that they have a community that supports it.

It would be great if there could be one in every community around the world where children live.

DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN'S MUSEUM WHERE YOU LIVE?

That was wonderful - bet the kids loved that place. Yes we do have a nice one in Atlanta!

We have several in my area . The children loved them as they enjoyed acting as professionals in the various fields that were there. I enjoyed watching them interact. Fun for adults as well as the kids. So glad your grands got to experience one.

That toy kitchen area is my favorite! My grandchildren would love to play in that room.
