Hippedy Hop Village Delights Little Ones

The Hippedy Hop Village in this post delights both young and old but, especially, the kids!

The kids love discovering all the little long-eared bunnies as the fluffy tails go about the business of village life!

It's even more fun to re-discover decorations, packed away in plastic bins, and brought out, once again, for whatever holiday is at hand.

One forgets what treasures can be found, wrapped in tissue, from the deep insides of plastic bins.

So this year, what a delight it has been to uncover all the colorful and playful rabbit members of Hippedy Hop Village.

The village is set along a very pretty pink holiday runner, with flowers and  bunnies on each end:

Even though most of the decorations used around here have been around for years, it's intriguing to put them in different places each holiday.

This year, for Easter, the front hall table has the distinction of displaying the village.

The actual population of the village is unknown since there is no desire to count all the figures.

There is a colorful Easter tree, complete with miniature eggs and baby-finger-sized bunnies, too!

The bunnies are in full public view of whoever comes to visit.

DID YOU GET A BASKET AT EASTER-TIME, WHEN YOU WERE LITTLE?

The tiny bunny village is a story waiting to be told and imaginations ready to unfold. Imagine your little ones dictating stories about the pink runner and all its inhabitants. Might make a cute book for them.

I got new clothes and a couple baskets when I was little and it was so much fun having a fashion show for Easter. Your grands will love going to your house to see the little bunny village.

That is the nicest Easter Village I have ever seen - love it. No, I did not receive Easter baskets, but I don't think I missed them!

Look at all these Easter goodies. There's the swings I have with the three bunnies! I didn't know you have that decoration also. I must put it out now, along with my other Easter goodies. I enjoyed seeing all your Easter treasures, Susan.
