A Little One's Fairy Garden
There were high hopes for a fabulous fairy garden.
There is an entire board of elaborate fairy gardens on my Pinterest pages.
Then, enter a five-year-old visitor who had her own visions of what a fairy garden should look at.
Out the window went the elaborate plans as the little one filled the sand of the fairy garden with her own touches.
There's even a little fairy there, sitting on a chair. She's in front of a tiny table (rescued from a pizza box) and on its top perches a teapot.
We still need to find a bitty cup.
Wouldn't you know the little one added three black animal figures with big horns that she said looked like "deer."
Also, there is a tiny sheep, one of my favorite animals.
There's a green glass piece sidewalk, too.
Well, it's not the fairy garden I had in mind but it was fashioned with total love and care.
Those factors, alone, make it a very special fairy garden, indeed.
DO YOU HAVE A FAIRY GARDEN THIS YEAR?

Wow you do love her to let sand in your house? It looks lovely and I know she is going to have a ball with you there.
No, no fairy gardens here.
Love, sandie
I'm sure that little fairy garden will be rearranged many times, and remembered for a lifetime. Very cute.
I love the fairy garden. I might have help with mine when Scout next comes over. I've collected a few things for her to use.
What a sweet fairy garden, Susan. And knowing that a little one created it, makes it even more special. I love the green rocks, and I never thought of making the pizza gadget into a small table, how clever. I have been wanting to make a fairy garden now that I have a granddaughter and another on the way, and I've been collecting fairy items here and when I come across them. It was inspiring to see this precious one. Thanks for sharing, Susan.
