Also reiterated numerous times is the fact that my favorite color is pink.
The pink flowers are like flags waving in the breeze, bringing peace and joy to all who look their way.
Rose of Sharon are native to East Asia and India.
Those blooms are part of the intense beauty of spring and summer in this area of the USA.

Beautiful flower Susan. I don't think I have ever seen a Rose of Sharon plant. I'm guessing they do not do well in our Summer heat. I enjoy all of the flowers that you post.
Never heard of them but I know you like anything pink. Enjoy then when you are at your daughter's.
Those flowers are such a soft pretty color, and they look like a blush color, which is a favorite these days. I don't know much about these flowers, but I had a blog friend who grew the Rose of Sharon in her garden.
